1. Overview
ProxyGuard (“ProxyGuard”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides proxy and analytics infrastructure that allows customers to route requests to third-party artificial intelligence providers while monitoring usage, enforcing limits, and providing operational insights (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.
ProxyGuard is designed as infrastructure software. We do not provide artificial intelligence models, and we do not store AI prompts, responses, or generated content.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Our Role
ProxyGuard operates as proxy infrastructure that forwards requests between customers and third-party AI providers selected by customers.
Depending on the type of information:
- ProxyGuard acts as a data controller for account and service-related information.
- ProxyGuard acts as a data processor for data transmitted through the proxy on behalf of customers.
Customers remain solely responsible for their data and their use of third-party AI providers. ProxyGuard does not control, verify, or assume responsibility for customer data transmitted through the Service.
